This meeting is being recorded. Hi there, this is Kate White and I’m here today with Claire McDonald, Erick Johnson, Irem Yerdelem and we are all part of the I committee part of the WCI, insurance women’s inclusivity network. We reformed together last year with Claire McDonald as our Chair, and we carried out a survey asking our iWin members for their input. And we are sharing with you today on this brief podcast, some of the results, some of the trends and some of the plans that we have. So let’s pass over to Claire, our Chair to introduce us, and also to start us off.

Claire McDonald:

Thanks, Kay. And yeah, good to be getting together this morning. And as we said, we’re going to try and make this a bit informal and hopefully a bit entertaining for you, whoever has listened to it or watching to it today

So we did this survey because we didn’t want to assume what people wanted from iWin and really great that we had the participation level that we did, and really nice to see both men and women contributing to the survey and providing us with their comments as you all know, on the call today, you know, one of the things that we’ve tried to do is we’ve gone away from being a female only committee to, to a one where, you know, we have 3 out of 11 members, our guys, and we’ve got Erik on the call today as, as one of them. But we do see that, you know, we can’t fix this stuff all on our own and we need the guys to help us with that as well, because only by having both men and women to address the situation with regard to diversity and inclusion will we succeed.
